1kb DNA Ladder is suitable
for size of linear double-stranded DNA
fragments from 0.25 kb to 10 kb. The 12
bands of the ladder contain fragments the
following sizes: 0.25,0.5, 0.75,1,1.5, 2, 3,
4, 5, 6, 8, and 10 kb. The intensity of the
1kb and 4 kb are three times than the other
bands.
